The event will take place at The Nashville Fairgrounds at 401 Wingrove Street, Nashville, TN 37203. Entrance to parking is via Nolensville Pike.

Jingle Beat is both an indoor and outdoor experience covering over 100,000 square feet. We’re open rain or shine!

How long does the experience last?

Jingle Beat is self-paced with three holiday worlds to explore! Explore at your own pace, but prepare for a minimum of 60 minutes.

Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?

Yes! A variety of food and both non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages will be available throughout the site for purchase. No outside food or drink is allowed.

Alcoholic beverages are available for purchase for those 21 and older. No outside food or drink is allowed.

Jingle Beat is a family-friendly experience, suitable for all ages! For those sensitive to flashing lights, please note they are used throughout the experience.

Jingle Beat is an interactive, walking experience. Select seating will be placed throughout the site, but please keep in mind that seating is on a first come basis.

Before entering Jingle Beat, all patrons will go through a bag screening process as well as pass through magnetometers for the safety of all that are here to enjoy this immersive event.

This show may not be safe for some people with Epilepsy. Some lighting is used at this show that may be disruptive to people who are sensitive to light.

Jingle Beat will be following all local regulations for Covid safety. For the safety and comfort of everyone, masks are encouraged, but not required.

We require all staff, vendors, and patrons to follow local and federal guidelines on the prevention of the spread of Covid-19. If you are experiencing symptoms, please stay home.

What are the Event Rules and Prohibited Items at the experience?

For the safety and security of all guests, please note all items and bags are subject to search. Event staff reserves the right to remove any objects or persons who are deemed disruptive or unsafe.

Cameras are allowed (Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.)

Food and beverages can NOT be brought inside the gates

Alcoholic beverages can NOT be brought inside the gates

Umbrellas are permitted through the admission gates but cannot be opened inside installations, activations, awnings or indoor spaces.

Pets other than service animals are NOT permitted

Please respect all staff and fictionalized characters

Re-entry is NOT permitted

This is a No Smoking & No Vape Venue

Yes! Please be advised that walk-up tickets are available for purchase as capacity allows. Your preferred entry time may be sold out, so it’s recommended to purchase your ticket(s) in advance for you to participate at your desired date / time.

Tickets are generally non-refundable. Ticket non-refund terms and conditions are agreed to before purchase.

No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking Transfer Tickets on your ticket on the Fever App. Please contact us for additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

Official tickets for Jingle Beat can only be purchased on Fever. Tickets are not available on any other website or ticketing platform.

Children (2) years of age and under get in free; guests over the age of three (3) will need a ticket.

I can't find my ticket. What can I do?

Accepted Answer

You can find your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have it installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.

When do I need to arrive for my reservation time?

It is recommended that you arrive within +/- 10 minutes of the time stated on your ticket.

Is there parking available?

Paid Parking is available onsite for $10 (cash or contactless payment). Please follow the direction of the parking attendants as well as the signage on site to help navigate to one of our parking lots.

We encourage the use of rideshare platforms such as Uber or Lyft as well as carpooling to Jingle Beat.

Handicapped parking is in designated areas close to the expo buildings and is available for those with a handicap placard or tag.

All Parking is on a first come-first served basis

Whether you choose to drive your own vehicle, opt for a ride share or take public transit - there’s no wrong way to Jingle Beat!

From EAST (Knoxville area) Take I-40 West to I-440 West follow to exit 6 (Nolensville Pike), turn right, go 1 mile and Fairgrounds will be on your left.

From WEST (Memphis area) Take I-40 East to I-440 East follow to exit 6 (Nolensville Pike), turn left, go 1 mile and Fairgrounds will be on your left.

From SOUTHEAST (Murfreesboro, Chattanooga, Atlanta) Take I-24 West to I-440 West follow to exit 6 (Nolensville Pike), turn right, go 1 mile and Fairgrounds will be on your left.

From NORTHWEST (Clarksville, Ft Campbell) Take I-24 East to I-65 South to Exit 81 (Wedgewood Ave.), turn left and go 1 mile to Fairgrounds.

From SOUTH (Alabama) Take I-65 North to Exit 81 (Wedgewood Ave.), turn right and go 1 mile to Fairgrounds.

From NORTH (Bowling Green, Kentucky, Indiana) Take I-65 south to exit 81 (Wedgewood Ave.), turn left and go one mile to Fairgrounds.
